Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with Klarna, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Facebook Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay, Sofortüberweisung, credit card payment, bank transfer with eps and Shop Pay.

How long does shipping take?

We try to ship all orders within 2-3 business days. Sometimes when orders are very high it may take a little longer. We are known for our fast shipping and we do our best to keep it that way!

How much are the shipping costs?

Austria 🇦🇹: Standard (3-4 days): 4.90€ | Express shipping (1-2 days): 11.90€

Germany 🇩🇪: Standard (3-5 days): 6.90€

Can I change or cancel my order later?

If you would like to change your order , please contact us via chat, email or phone as soon as possible. However, once the order has been packed or shipped, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes.

You are welcome to cancel your order as long as the package has not yet been packed or shipped. Simply contact us by email at info@bashminton.at and please do not forget to include your order number.

How does the return and refund work?

Do you want to return items? No problem! We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The purchase was made no more than 30 days ago.
  • The original packaging is present and undamaged.
  • All plastic packaging is still on the products.
  • The product is in new condition.

Processing the return:
Your return will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your package.

This is how the return works:

  1. Create return label:
    Create a return label and send it to the following address: Bash Badminton-Shop, Messeplatz 1, Messehalle 5, 6845 Dornbirn, Austria
    Attach return label:
    Attach the label clearly to the original box and pack the items securely.
  2. Drop off package:
    Take the package to a post office or parcel shop and get a receipt.
  3. Return shipping:
    The package will be returned to us.
  4. Refund:
    As soon as we receive the package, we will refund you the amount within 15 working days.

If you would like a different item, simply order it directly through our online shop so that we can send it to you quickly.

What should I do if an item arrives defective or damaged?

We are sorry that you received damaged goods. Sometimes packages are damaged during transport. Please send us a photo of the damaged items to info@bashminton.at . If you have received a damage report from the shipping service provider, please attach this as well. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Which countries does Bash currently ship to?

We currently deliver within Austria and to Germany. New: We now also ship to Switzerland! Please note the special shipping conditions for Switzerland. You can find further information here.

How do I find the right racket or shoes?

Visit us in our shop in Dornbirn (Badmintonhalle Vorarlberg, Messehalle 5) for personal advice. If you have any questions about the right products, you can also contact us conveniently via chat or email ( info@bashminton.at ). In addition, we offer useful tips on choosing rackets, shoes and other products in our guide .

Do you offer stringing service?

Yes, we offer a stringing service ! You can use this either directly in our shop in the Dornbirn badminton hall or when you buy a new racket in our online shop. Simply choose your preferred string and tension and we will make sure that your new racket is strung according to your wishes.

We also string badminton rackets in our shop in Dornbirn. Simply contact us by email, phone or using the contact form. We will string your racket professionally within a few days.

Costs (including string): Juniors: 18€ / VBV members: 20€ / Standard price: 25€

Does Bash Badminton Shop have a physical store?

Yes, we also offer personal consultations in our shop in the Dornbirn badminton hall. To make an appointment, you can contact us by email or book an appointment directly online in the shop in Dornbirn.

Your desired item is not in stock or sold out?

Just write to us in the chat or by email to info@bashminton.at - we will be happy to order the item for you from our supplier.
